About Me

I Have lived twice in England & USA, 3 times in NZ. This has providing me with opportunities to live, learn & experience widely, amongst different nationalities & cultures. Since the year 2000, I am settled back in my home city Christchurch, after an OE of 9 years.

I love to do Conscious Dancing & Qigong. Am a keen walker & really value being interactive with nature’s beauty & offerings. I benefit greatly attending various Sound, Breath, meditation & the like events.

I have daily meditation practices & ongoing learnings for betterment. This is for myself & All to evolate (evolve & elevate)
